The Frucosol GF1000 Glass Froster provides an easy method for producing impressive cocktails. Utilising a powerful jet of CO2 to instantly freeze any glass, it injects real theatre into the cocktail making process.

Quick to use, easy to install and set-up this Frucosol GF1000 does not take up the space required by bulky ice machines or other refrigerator style glass frosters and the unit is finished in an attractive front-of-house style. LED lighting illuminates’ glasses as the frosting occurs, meaning that guests see the jet of CO2 and instant freezing process, truly wowing them with exceptional cocktail presentation.

Furthermore, the use of CO2 sterilises glassware as part of the freezing process, meaning that drinks are much more hygienic than simple service with ice. By producing just a fine layer of ice around the glass, it also prevents your cocktails from being diluted as ice melts, meaning drinks stay cooler for longer and retain better flavour. Please note: the Frucosol GF100 utilises Foodfresh CO2 (sold separately and available through BOC and most local gas suppliers.
